She received the M.S. degree (<em>summa cum laude<\/em>) in biomedical&nbsp;engineering and the Ph.D. (cum laude and with the Doctor Europaeus label) in information and communication technology from Sapienza University of Rome, Rome, Italy, in 2017 and 2021, respectively. She was a Marie Curie Cofund Fellow from November 2021 to August 2022 and a Marie Curie Fellow from September 2022 to October 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She was a Visiting Researcher with Stiching imec Eindhoven, The Netherlands from April 2019 to September 2019. Her scientific and research interests include the field of innovative biomedical applications of electromagnetic fields and radars for vital signs monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Sacco was the recipient of a \u201cShort Term Mission\u201c Grant by BioEM sosciety, a \u201cYoung Scientist Award\u201d at the XXXV General Assembly and Scientific Symposium (GASS) of the International Union of Radio Science (Union Radio Scientifique Internationale-URSI) 2023, a \u201c2022 Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S) Fellowship \u201c, a \u201cBourse de jeunes chercheurs\u201d Grant at the XXXIV URSI GASS 2021, the Best Student Paper Award at the XXXIII URSI GASS 2020, and the Best Student Paper Award at Photonics &amp; Electromagnetics Research Symposium (PIERS) 2019.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Giulia Sacco CNRS Researcher About me Research interests: Publications: Contacts: Giulia Sacco is a Research Scientist at the IETR \/ CNRS, France.
